When did the Ravinos start?
Sorry, it's a little "hazy", but in the
late 60's early 70's.

Who is the founder of the Ravinos?
Jeff VanTassel, along with others, helped
establish the Ravinos.

Was the first Ravinos Chapter started in Vail?
No. The first chapter was started in Oshkosh, WI, but the
chapter moved to Vail in the late 60's, early 70's.

Were the Ravinos based on the Jackson Hole Air Force?
No! The Ravinos started around ten years before the Jackson Hole Air Force did.

What Is Hucking?
Associated with throwing one's body into the air, going big....
Hucking is big air, perhaps beyond one's skill level. Huckers may or may not lack skill, but they have no fear. Ravinos have no fear.

Why do you call your club vest colors ?
It's metonym. Colors or Patch stand for the club's insignia. On the top of the back of the vest is Ravinos, and the bottom is the Charter's location. These are called Rockers. In the center, is the logo, which is called the deathjump. The Ravinos have copyrights on their name and logo.


What does it take to join the Ravinos ?
